I am Anameti Usoro. I am a certified sleep coach and  certified stress, sleep and recovery coach. I am also an anesthesiologist and have struggled with insomnia for many years myself, since medical school. My personal experience with insomnia and my passion for helping others achieve better health and well-being led me to become a sleep coach for professionals struggling with insomnia. I am dedicated to helping busy professionals achieve optimal health and performance through better sleep and stress management.
